Refund policy

Return Policy:
1. Return Eligibility: 
   - Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
   - They must be in their original packaging and condition.
   - Photo evidence of damages is required.
   - Returns outside the 30-day window may be returned to the customer or credited to their Glmmd account at the company's discretion.

2. Rejected or Worn Items: 
   - Worn items rejected upon redelivery will be donated to charity if returned to the company.

3. Fault Reporting:
   - Customers should contact the company via email (info@glmmd.co.uk) with a photo and invoice as soon as a fault is noticed.

4. Unworn and Original Condition: 
   - All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Failure to comply may result in the item being sent back without a refund.

5. Personalized & Hygiene Products: 
   - Personalized and bespoke products are non-returnable, except in cases of fault.
   - For hygiene reasons, pierced products, beauty products, and face masks cannot be returned.

6. Complaints: 
   - If customers are dissatisfied with their purchase, they must notify the company immediately upon receipt via email: info@glmmd.co.uk
