Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your GLMMD purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, the item should be returned within the following 14 days.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, with their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as GLMMD cannot be responsible for returned items until they are received.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due to your original payment method.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights are not affected.

Non-returnable Items

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Certain sealed goods may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
